Use this page to securely submit a request for a Dopame application account or specific personal data. A submitted request is not an account deletion.

How to make a request
- Choose the application. Tell us which app the request concerns. The coverage table below distinguishes what is and is not verified.
- Identify the account. Provide the account email or username and a contact email where Dopame can respond. Never provide a password.
- Submit for review. The request is securely recorded. Dopame must verify identity through a trusted app or account provider before any account action.
- App-owner action remains necessary. The relevant app owner must confirm the scope, any applicable exceptions, and complete any supported deletion workflow. No completion timeframe is guaranteed here.
If your app provides an in-app deletion option
If your app provides an in-app deletion option, you may use it in addition to this request form. Availability is not verified across the applications listed here. You may also email f.berre@dopame.org with the subject “Account Deletion Request — [Application Name]” and include the app name and account username or email. Do not send a password.
What a deletion may cover
Depending on the application, a request may concern an account profile, identifiers, saved progress, personal gameplay history, account-linked rankings, preferences, or other account-associated information. The actual data scope, exceptions, retention periods, and deletion method require app-specific confirmation. Website request records are handled separately from app account systems.
Identity verification and any app-owner manual action remain necessary. Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, or dispute purposes; the specific scope and period have not been confirmed. See the Privacy Policy.
Where an account and saved progress exist, completed deletion may remove access to progress, achievements, gameplay history and account-specific features. Submitting this form alone does not remove them.
